In my former professional life, I have worked as a studio and freelance artist, a graphic designer, a Girl Scout council staff member, a licensed professional counselor (psychotherapist), an emotional healing coach, and an energy healing practitioner.

I studied, earned degrees, and practiced/worked in all of these areas at one time or another over the past several decades:

Now, though, my journey has brought me to a place of simply sharing what I’ve learned along the way, and what I continue to learn. I want to do this to provide reassurance and encouragement to you as you make your own journey.

As you can see, my calling as a Healer and Teacher has taken many forms, over all these years. The sharing of stories and musings and questions contained in the blog posts is yet another source of healing for anyone who needs to receive it.

The idea to heal by sharing has been stirring in me for a few years, and was
solidified in my intention by something I recently read–a remark describing the
need of individuals who’ve had a profound spiritual experience to find out if
others have had similar experiences, what those experiences were like, and how
they affected those who had the experiences.

So here I am: out of my own spiritual closet and ready for the next phase of my
